Apothecary Stoneware Jar “Tears of My Enemies” Vintage Style Jar 11 cm x 8.5 cm Crackpottery

Keep your victories on display and your petty grudges in style. This stoneware apothecary jar is labelled “Tears of My Enemies” in smug black print, ideal for anyone who enjoys a dramatic vignette on the kitchen shelf.

Standing at around 11 cm tall and 8.5 cm wide, it is the perfect size for keeping small things that make you feel superior. Made from heavyweight stoneware with a glazed finish that says Victorian apothecary meets passive aggression.

Each jar is slightly unique because we deal in character, not perfection.

Ideal for:
• Storing tiny keepsakes, confetti, or metaphorical salt
• People with immaculate grudge management skills
• Gifts for friends who love dark humour and tasteful spite

ordered as a gift for a friend with a gothic aesthetic, she loved it! it arrived quickly and well packaged with lots of bubble wrap, beautifully made ☺️

Brilliant little jar that arrived safely in great packaging, will be a fabulous gift.

Lovely cute wee jar for a fun gift

Lovely design but alot smaller than expected going on the picture appeared more of a medium size jar not a small. Guess I should have checked the size first

The dimensions are clearly stated in the listing. As you’ve acknowledged, you didn’t check them before ordering. Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to determine the physical size of an item from a photograph with no scale reference, which is precisely why we provide exact measurements in the description. The item you received is therefore exactly as pictured and described.

It’s disappointing for a small independent business to receive a 3-star review, not because there was anything wrong with the product, but because the measurements provided weren’t checked before purchase. Reviews have a very real impact on small businesses, and we feel it’s unfair to penalise the product for an expectation that wasn’t based on the information in the listing.

Details

Professionally inappropriate. Socially questionable. Surprisingly well made.
